Terms and Conditions

All items are sold "As Is, Where Is" without any warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the seller or auctioneer.  An becomes your property when Auctioneer says "Sold" and your bidder number is recorded; items are your responsibility at that point, please take precautions to guard against theft or damage.  Any item left unclaimed by bidders, whether paid or unpaid, fourteen days after auction ends, waives all claims to said merchandise.  Unclaimed items will be donated or recycled.

The auctioneer is acting as agent only and is not responsible for acts of his or her principals.  Buyers must register prior to bidding at this auction.  All bidders must provide a company name (if applicable) or person, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address.  Internet and Absentee bidders must have a registered credit card on file to be able to bid.  Tumbleweed Auction reserves the right to deny access or accept a bid from any bidder or potential bidder.

Bidders should inspect all items himself or herself, in person, to determine the accuracy, genuineness, authenticity, description, weight, count, measure or condition of any of the lots prior to bidding. DO NOT rely on catalog photos, physical, written or verbal descriptions for bidding.  The failure of any bidder to inspect or to be fully informed as to the condition of the property will not constitute grounds for any claim or demand for adjustment or withdrawal of bid.  All Sales Are Final.  Your Bid is a binding contract.  All sales are final.

Internet and Absentee Bidders:  Items will be shipped via USPS with tracking and delivery confirmation.  Insurance on purchases over $50.00 is required and all shipping costs will be charged actual cost to buyer.  Charges for shipping will be separate and billed to the credit card on file.  Please contact Tumbleweed Auction prior to bidding if local pick-up is desired.  Invoice totals for Out-of-state Bidders, Non-Local Bidders and Internet Bidders will be charged to the credit card on-file at the conclusion of the auction.

By registering you represent and warrant that any and all buyer information is correct and agree to all conditions including, but not limited to: Tumbleweed Auction, LLC terms and conditions, payment terms, conditions and any additional conditions set forth, verbally or written at this auction.  Tumbleweed Auction is Not Responsible for Accidents.  Please see posted signs for any additional conditions.

5% Buyers Premium Added To All Items Purchased.  Local Tax is collected and will be added to your final purchase based on auction location.

ON-LINE ABSENTEE BIDS ARE ACCEPTED PRIOR TO THE CUTOFF DATE/TIME FOR THAT AUCTION.  CUTOFF FOR ACCEPTING ABSENTEE BIDS WILL VARY BY AUCTION LOCATION, AS DETERMINED BY THE AUCTIONEER. During the live Auction, a Proxy Bidder (Tumbleweed Auction, LLC Staff) will bid on behalf and in the best interest of the absentee bidder.
