     1. Arizona taxes will be collected on ALL firearm sales.

     2. All firearm sales will be handled by a licensed gun dealer.

     3. Hand Guns can only be purchased by Arizona residents or military with a copy of their PCS Orders posting them to Arizona.

     4. The gun dealer will process all required ATF transfer/purchase documents prior to releasing the firearms to a purchaser.

     5. If any shipping costs are incurred subsequent to sale, e.g. online or absentee bidders, the cost will be the responsibility of the winning bidder
